    Part 2 This is what I was told to use on a daily basis for the rest of my life. Before I started this extreme regiment of orders, I spent several weeks exploring the internet for corroboration on the list of vitamins, supplements and lifestyle changes. This combination of supplements and vitamins is as follows: I'm going to give you the list the same as the doctor gave me. Later in my blog I will go over each supplement and vitamin that I still take today, to keep me Cancer free. 1-Green Tea Green Tea contains bioactive compounds that Improve health. Green tea is rich in polyphenols that have effects like, reducing inflammation and helping to fight cancer. 2-Ginger Ginger is among the healthiest spices in the world. It is loaded with nutrients and bioactive compounds that have powerful benefits for your body and brain. 3-Selenium Selenium is an essential trace mineral that assists with cognitive function and fertility. Selenium can help prevent cardiovascular disease, thyroid problems, and cognitive decline. This means disorders related to thinking, cancer, and others. 4-Organic Mushrooms Mushrooms Have a remarkable range of health benefits for people. Perhaps surprisingly, people are more closely related to fungi than to any other kingdom. Some of the essential molecules in mushrooms (a form of fungi) have been present in the human diet for so long that our bodies now depend on them. This could be part of the reason why they’re so good for us. Mushrooms are a superfood, and one of the most health-promoting foods on earth. The everyday flexibility of our blood vessels has been shown to improve with the intake of garlic, and the likelihood of blood vessel damage due to chronic excessive inflammation. This has been shown to decrease when this allium vegetable in consumed on a regular basis. Garlic that has been roasted in olive oil, can melt in your mouth like butter.
